1 General Terms

Takabd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides online betting and gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between takabd and its users.

To be subject to takabd's terms and conditions, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

KYC Verification

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on takabd. Compliance with these terms and conditions is mandatory for all users.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, takabd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage, any winnings will be forfeited.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and market.

In the event of any dispute, takabd's decision shall be considered final. However, users may appeal through our support team.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takabd platform. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using bots, automation software, or any artificial means.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Defrauding other users through the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming
